1. What is Miles&Bonus and how does it work?
Miles & Bonus is a program for the frequent flyers of Aegean Airlines. It gives them the opportunity to collect miles from their flights, which they can later redeem with free tickets (to any of our destinations in Greece or abroad) or car rental from Hertz.
 
2. How can I enroll to the program?
You may visit Aegean's website at www.aegeanair.com , field ENROLLEMENT TO M&B. When your enrollment is completed, 1000 miles will be added to your account automatically. Alternatively, you may enroll by sending the application form, attached in the brochures distributed at Aegean's network. When Aegean Airlines receives your application, 500 miles will be added to your account. Travel agencies are able to enroll their customers through www.aegeanair.com and complete the application form for them.
 

3. How can I collect miles?
Every time you travel with Aegean Airlines or Lufthansa, miles will be added into your account. All you have to do, is state your membership number (a seven digit code printed on the your membership card) during your ticket reservation and display your membership card during check-in. In order to find out exactly how many miles you have acquired, you may visit the section "FLY&WIN" at www.aegeanair.com.

 

4. How can I be informed about the status of my account?
You may review the status of your personal account and the miles you have acquired, in the section "MY ACCOUNT" at www.aegeanair.com. Alternatively you may contact Aegean Airlines Call Center at 801-11-20000 within Greece, at a local rate or +30 210-6261000 (from a mobile phone, or from abroad), and have direct access and information about the status of your account. Blue and Gold members will receive quarterly statements by mail.

 

5. How do I redeem the miles I have earned?
You may visit the section "REDEEMING MY MILES" at www.aegeanair.com and complete the relevant application. You will have to submit your membership number and your PIN in order to obtain access to the section. Alternatively you may contact Aegean Airlines Call Center at 801-11-20000 within Greece, at a local rate or +30 210-6261000 (from a mobile phone, or from abroad), and by stating your membership number claim your ticket or car rental reservation. Travel agencies may complete the request form for mile redemption, on behalf of their customers through our web site www.aegeanaιr.com..

 
6. When will the miles I have earned, show up in my account?
On the next day of your departure flight, the miles you have earned will be credited automatically to your account. It is necessary to state your membership number (a seven digit code printed on the your membership card) during your ticket reservation and display your membership card during check-in.
 
7. What should I do if the miles of a flight are not shown in my account?

You may visit the section "MY ACCOUNT" at www.aegeanair.com and complete the application form for missing points . Alternatively you may contact Aegean Airlines Call Center at 801-11-20000 within Greece, at a local rate or +30 210-6261000 (from a mobile phone, or from abroad), and report the date, number and time of your flight. In any case, you must send your ticket covers and boarding cards either by fax at +30 210 6261902 or by postal mail at the address 31 Viltanioti Str., 14564, Kifissia, in order for your miles to be credited to your accountWe assure you, that our personnel will do all the necessary actions in order to claim and add your miles.
IMPORTANT: You are kindly requested to keep your tickets and boarding passes, until the miles are added in your account.
 

If you are a Miles & Bonus member, please visit www.aegeanair.com , section ENTER/CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFO and enter the changes on your personal data. It is necessary to submit your membership number and your PIN, in order to obtain access to the section.
 

If you are a Miles & Bonus member, please visit the section I FORGOT MY PIN and fill in the necessary fields. The system will automatically provide your personal PIN number.
 

You may visit the section I LOST MY CARD at www.aegeanair.com and fill in the necessary form. Your application will be forwarded to the Miles & Bonus department, which will take all the necessary actions to issue your new card. Alternatively you may contact Aegean Airlines Call Center at 801-11-20000 within Greece, at a local rate or +30 210-6261000 (from a mobile phone, or from abroad). Moreover, on the last page of the Gold and Blue members quarterly statement, a reissue card application form is attached. This application should be sent to Miles &Bonus department, which will follow all necessary actions in order to issue your new card.

 

In order for the miles to be credited in your MILES & BONUS account, you must be the passenger flown on the respective flight.
 
12. Can someone else redeem my miles?
MILES & BONUS program, offers you the opportunity to redeem miles from your personal account, in order to offer free tickets or free car rentals, to anyone you will suggest.
 
13. Can I redeem miles on business class tickets?
Of course! But first, you must collect the miles needed in order to redeem them with a business class ticket.

16. What are my privileges as a Miles&Bonus member?
BLUE and GOLD members, may enjoy privileges such as:

  • Free tickets to all destinations of Aegean Airlines, domestic or international
  • Free car rental within Greece
  • Seat allocation during ticket reservation
  • Extra baggage weight on all our domestic and international flights
Furthermore, all Gold members have access to dedicated check in counters at "El. Venizelos" airport in Athens and "Macedonia" airport in Thessaloniki, while they always have priority on the waiting list and in baggage delivery, whether they travel in Economy or Business Class. Finally, Miles & Bonus Gold members have access to the "Aegean Club Lounges" in Athens, Thessaloniki and Alexandroupolis.

Can I use my membership card as an identity card?
Your M&B card can NOT be used as an identity card (i.e. passport, drivers license, etc).
